All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Trailflow ships inside protugal, if the customer wants to have their order shipped outside of portugal, the extra fees must be covered by the customer.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier. Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Tracking

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. Trailflow is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Trailflow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
