Return Shipping Costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policies.
